great location but room cleanliness needs improvement

The lighting in the King Suite created a cozy atmosphere that was truly inviting. The staff allowed us to check in early, which was incredibly helpful after our long journey. Proximity to local attractions made exploring Baytown so convenient for us, as we were just minutes away from shopping and parks.

this hotel was like a sad joke. first, the ac in one room was broken, then we had to deal with beeping smoke alarms all night, how charming. and what about a complimentary breakfast? we got sad toast and frozen waffles, I expected a banquet for the price we paid. almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.
